CrossFit is elite fitness for everyone. Our classes and private coaching are based on the CrossFit program originally developed by legendary coach Greg Glassman after his many years of watching, working with, and coaching all types of people – from those merely interested in general fitness to elite athletes.
CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. At Crooked Letter CrossFit, you will not find any machines – instead, you will find kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, sleds, and tons of open space for running, jumping, climbing, lifting, and throwing. The workouts themselves are completely scalable, which means that a new participant and a CrossFit veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity. CrossFit workouts will deliver phenomenal fitness in and of themselves or as a complement to your sport-specific training regime.
Our fitness programming aims to improve your capacity in ten recognized fitness domains: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. The result is comprehensive physical fitness and restored vitality.

Every workout is different, and since you will rarely do the same thing twice, you are less likely to lose interest or get bored than if you were doing the same circuits at the gym three days a week. Because our workouts are rarely more than 45 minutes long they can fit into even the busiest schedules. Perhaps most importantly, since we opened our doors in 2015, our athletes have seen dramatic changes in their speed, strength, performance, and body composition.

1-ON-1 BEGINNERS PROGRAM
Are you new to CrossFit? Unsure about jumping right into a group class with little to no fitness background? Or, wanting a CrossFit refresher? We offer a 1-on-1 beginner’s course that helps you establish a solid foundation for transitioning into our full-time Active and CrossFit classes.

- (1) Month of CrossFit after personal training sessions ($175 value)
- Your coach will attend your first two group classes of your first month with you to ensure a smooth transition into group training ($100 value)

Crooked Letter’s nutrition program is a 1-on-1 consultation with a coach. It is designed to teach you how to get your nutrition dialed in so that it will not only help with weight loss but increase your performance in the gym and help you feel great.
Let’s face it! Fad diets never last because they are not sustainable. Our nutrition program teaches you how to eat good food to either lose, gain, or maintain your weight all they while losing body fat. Our systemized approach has been proven to help many of our athletes reach their goals and look and feel the best they ever have.
This program is offered to anyone, not just members of Crooked Letter CrossFit. It includes:
- Initial biometrics scan with our in-house InBody machine.
- Nutrition presentation
- Macronutrient plan
- Macronutrient cheat sheets
- Meal plans and recipes
- Food scale
- Coach accountability

Crooked Letter’s Olympic Weightlifting program is included in a CrossFit membership. The programming is available to follow 6 days a week and is coached on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm. The program has been proven to help members get better technically at Olympic weightlifting and prepare them to compete at Olympic weightlifting meets.
Led by Coaches Christy & Cindy, our Crooked Letter Kids understand that hard work pays off. We incorporate Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy in our program and pair it with educating the importance of moving safely and efficiently and maintaining a balanced diet.

Crooked Letter Kids is a method for teaching CrossFit to children ages 5-13. Come drop in and check us out any Monday and Wednesday at 6pm or any Saturday at 9am!
ACTIVE / BOOTCAMP
Crooked Letter’s Active/Bootcamp program is included in a CrossFit membership and is held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:15 pm. This program is a coach led, lighter weight, higher repetition, less technical, conditioning based class. It is designed to focus more on conditioning and core development while incorporating a multitude of lightweight movements to get you more efficient at them. This program is a great addition to your CrossFit training and is guaranteed to make you sweat.
