Program Description

CrossFit Kids is the perfect way to keep kids active, engaged, and healthy. Designed for children of all ages and fitness levels, this program focuses on teaching proper movement mechanics through fun, interactive workouts. Kids will build strength, coordination, and confidence while learning the value of staying active. Our classes are scalable and adaptable, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for every child. From playful activities to skill-building exercises, CrossFit Kids is the ideal blend of fitness and fun.


We have partnered up with Future Scholars Learning Center and our childcare is staffed by their employees.
